We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with your IEW materials.

If you purchased a new product from one of our authorized resellers or Amazon.com, we recommend first contacting them directly for their return policy. We accept returns for products purchased new from our authorized resellers and from Amazon.com, but we will NOT send a prepaid label and can only refund 60% of your purchase price.

Please complete this form if you have purchased your IEW materials new from an authorized 3rd party, such as an IEW reseller or Amazon.com. Products purchased used are not eligible for a return.

If you are outside of the U.S., please return to the returns page and complete the international request form.

Once our Returns Department receives your submission, your request will be evaluated and you can expect to receive further return instructions via email within 2–3 business days.
