In November of last year, guests from all around the world attended an online party, which we called “Friday Night Live with Andrew Pudewa.” Everyone had such a great time; we knew we wanted to make this an annual event. So we hope you’ll join us this Friday, November 5, from 7:00 to 8:30PM CT. There’ll be something for everyone—teachers, parents, and students! With participants from fourteen countries already registered, this will be a great opportunity for your family to connect with new friends from different backgrounds and cultures.
What can you expect at the event?
A rousing game of Wheel of Fortune will kick off the evening, with Andrew as the host! We hope your family will play along with us from home.
We’ll also be live-filming our 300th episode of The Arts of Language Podcast in the studio as Andrew and Julie address the questions submitted during registration. While parents and teachers usually ask questions that have useful answers for every teacher, with the questions they submit, students are often looking for interesting and humorous answers from Mr. Pudewa.
So what’s next? Register, and when you do, you’ll be automatically entered into a drawing for one of five $50 IEW gift certificates! Watch for an email this week with a quiz for your students to complete, in which they can submit a question for Mr. Pudewa and be entered into a drawing for cash prizes. Over the course of the party itself, we will also be giving out copies of Structure and Style for Students to three lucky attendees!
So block this Friday, November 5 out on your calendar! Invite your friends to join you. Heat up some hot chocolate, pop some corn, and gather your loved ones for a night of fun and encouragement with Mr. Pudewa. It’s going to be a great evening for everyone! Click here to register.
