IEW’s customer service team is comprised of a stellar group of people who are dedicated to serving their customers with a smile and utmost professionalism. In Podcast 173, you have the opportunity to learn more about Jessica Walker, IEW’s customer service manager.
Jessica first encountered IEW in her co-op when she was in the fourth grade. Back then, the only product available was the first iteration of Teaching Writing: Structure and Style. She grew up and graduated from homeschooling, having learned to write with IEW all the way through high school. After college she became a kindergarten/first grade teacher.
Following a few years of teaching, she joined the IEW team in customer service. Jessica now serves the company and its customers as manager of the customer service team. We hope you enjoy learning more about Jessica. Near and dear to her heart are IEW’s youngest learners, so she has selected to give away five complete reading and writing packages of the Primary Arts of Language.
