In this week’s podcast, Episode 233, Andrew and Julie address the first question, reserving the second for next week’s episode. Responding to the first question by describing a sort of “decision tree,” Andrew simplifies the process by posing a single question to answer first: Do you want to teach or do you want to buy something that will teach? Assuming the answer to that question is, “I want to teach,” Andrew and Julie then take listeners through a sequence of additional questions that will help them refine and clarify how to teach writing to their students.
